The water-based 455 Ceramic product is a high quality, 100% Japanese production surface protection product developed by the Japanese as a result of long R&D studies.
Ceramic coating is of great importance for new and newly painted boats. Normally, every time a paste is made on the surface, it abrades it as a layer, including all paint types. However, when ceramic is applied on the surface, every post-ceramic paste process will be applied to the ceramic layer. Thus, it will protect it from abrasion caused by the applied ceramic paste process.
It is applied on the board on top of the water section and above it. Thus, fading in dark blue, burgundy and dark colored sections is prevented and shifted. Before the application, the roughness and capillary scratches on the layer are removed with the surface water-based paste.
After the paste, water-based polish and, if necessary, water-based moire remover are applied. As a result of these processes, the surface is made ready for the ceramic coating application. After any damage, Gelcoat and similar repairs can be added without any difference in tone.
Our ceramic coating application is especially applied to the inflatable vinyl part of dark color speedboats and prevents fading of the leather and vinyl parts. Carbon, Piano Black and Mahogany keep the parts smoother by preventing them from being scratched quickly.
Since it is applied to the lower fiber part of speedboats, Jet Skis, Sailboats, Catamarans and similar marine vehicles, the water-repellent ceramic layer provides an increase in speed.
